About the position
Lockheed Martin is seeking a full-time Early Career DevOps Systems Engineer to join their Rotary Mission Systems (RMS) team in Moorestown, NJ. This role involves performing analysis, design, integration, and testing of mission-critical software, with a focus on developing requirements using SysML diagrams. Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, design, integration, and testing of mission-critical software.
- Develop requirements using SysML diagrams and constructs.
- Identify and isolate system defects during integration and test activities.
- Construct verification, regression, and performance analysis test plans and procedures.
- Prepare briefings and technical reports.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems or equivalent major.
- Understanding of systems analysis, design, requirements development, integration, and testing of Linux/Unix-based real-time common middleware.
- Knowledge of formal system test methods associated with software requirements verification and performance analysis.
- Experience with test diagnostics tools such as debuggers and network analyzers.
Nice-to-haves
- Ability to develop test scripts (bash, csh, perl) and software test drivers (Python and Java).
- Familiarity with continuous integration frameworks such as Jenkins.
- Experience with IBM DOORS requirements management.
- Experience with SysML/UML and IBM Rhapsody.
- Experience with data management, analytics, or prognostics.
