About the position

The Lead iOS Developer will be responsible for designing and developing mobile applications for Apple's iOS platform. This role requires extensive experience in iOS development, particularly with Swift and Objective-C, and involves leading projects and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of iOS frameworks and back-end services, as well as experience with CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mobile applications for iOS using Swift and SwiftUI.
  • Lead projects and mentor junior developers in iOS development best practices.
  • Integrate with back-end systems through web services and APIs.
  • Ensure adherence to Apple's design principles and application interface guidelines.
  • Manage the mobile development life cycle from concept to deployment.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in mobile application development for iOS.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Objective-C, Swift, Xcode, and Cocoa Touch.
  • Strong knowledge of iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Graphics, and Core Animation.
  • Experience with SwiftUI development.
  • Familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Git/Bitbucket and JIRA/Atlassian tools.
  • Knowledge of XML/JSON parsing and SOAP.
