About the position

The Developer Marketing Manager at Arm is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the company's presence within the developer community. This role combines technical expertise in semiconductors with marketing acumen to drive engagement and growth in developer membership, particularly in areas such as IoT, Automotive, Cloud, and Edge devices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to create awareness and promote membership growth.
• Develop and coordinate high-quality technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, and case studies for developers.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan and participate in technical events, conferences, and webinars.
• Promote developer solutions and identify channels to increase engagement and membership in the Developer Program.
• Establish key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of developer marketing efforts.
• Partner with product marketing, engineering, and developer relations teams for cohesive communication of initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developer marketing, technical marketing, or a related role in the semiconductor or tech industry.
• Technical expertise in AI, cloud, or mobile with hands-on development or engineering experience.
• Deep familiarity with semiconductors and their role in the developer ecosystem.
• Proven ability to create and execute developer marketing plans that drive engagement and membership growth.
• Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills to translate technical concepts into compelling content.
• Experience in driving engagement at developer events and community strategies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product and marketing teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of the Arm architecture, product portfolio, and ecosystem.
• Ability to brainstorm and conceptualize developer solutions to inform the Arm software roadmap.
