The Developer Trusted Experiences team at Meta is dedicated to ensuring integrity within the developer ecosystem of the metaverse. This role is pivotal in developing and launching scalable content, app, and data use policies that align with the evolving landscape of integrity and compliance. As a Policy and Process Lead, you will engage in comprehensive research and analysis to identify gaps in current operational processes and policies, providing actionable recommendations to address these gaps. Your responsibilities will include the integration of new workflows, ensuring proper documentation, training, and program management are in place to support these initiatives. In this position, you will interface with a diverse range of internal teams, including legal, product marketing, and engineering, to ensure clarity in our integrity and regulatory compliance requirements. Your expertise in data policies and integrity compliance will be crucial as you develop policies that balance our integrity and privacy requirements with the needs of developers. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the VR policy landscape in the metaverse, directly supporting the scale and growth of developer experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, accountability, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
