About the position

The Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 role focuses on providing leadership and technical expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools and processes. The position requires a strong background in IAM software, particularly IBM Security products and Okta, along with analytical skills to solve complex problems. The role involves working in a 24x7 on-call rotation and requires experience in cloud-based solutions and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to technical and project teams in IAM processes.
• Design, configure, and implement Okta solutions.
• Integrate applications using Okta Gateway and manage user life cycle management with Okta.
• Migrate users between directories and implement automation for Okta solutions using Jenkins.
• Support 24x7 on-call rotation for IAM systems and processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management tools and processes.
• Experience with IBM Security Identity Manager (ITIM/ISIM) and IBM Security Access Manager (TAM/ISAM).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze facts and propose solutions.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management and LDAP best practices.
• Experience in implementing cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Federated Identity Manager (TFIM/IFIM) and Single Sign On (ESSO).
• Skills in written and oral communication, including public presentations and technical writing.
• Experience with RSA IAM, Oracle IdM, DatapoJava, JavaScript, or WebSphere.
• Project management skills and ability to establish project goals.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, Python, SQL, and Linux.
