About the position
The Developer-Quality Assurance II role at Genpact involves leading efforts to design, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing software application production processes. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, testing, and evaluation of integrated systems for software application production processes.
- Research and evaluate solution requirements to design the test strategy.
- Design process models to optimize test architecture and evaluate the efficiency of application product designs.
- Employ industry-standard software testing methods and tools in a web-based and object-oriented environment.
- Coordinate onsite operations with distributed resources located offshore.
- Communicate effectively with client staff and coworkers to resolve technical issues and document all testing processes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Sciences, Business Administration, or related field and 2 years of experience in a related position.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the same fields with 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a related position is acceptable.
- Experience with software testing methods and tools such as HP Quality Center, Quick Test Pro, and Rational Suite.
