About the position

The Senior Developer position involves collaborating with project managers and colleagues to plan and execute site communication and technical support for network installations. The role requires hands-on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime. The candidate will also be responsible for documenting project metrics and workflows, providing hypercare support, and addressing client requirements effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to develop plans for site communication and visits.
• Travel to sites to provide on-the-spot requirements and feedback to wiring partners.
• Install, configure, and test network equipment such as SDWANs, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and repair network issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide on-site technical support during go-lives and resolve network-related issues.
• Document and report on network project metrics and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology (B-Tech) or equivalent.
• 2.5 to 5 years of experience in network data management and installation.
