About the position

In this role at ManTech, you will contribute to national security by developing innovative mission tools in an Agile environment. You will leverage your expertise in research, software engineering, and networking to solve complex technical problems, working as part of a small, multi-disciplinary team. Your work will involve platform research and solution implementation using programming languages such as C, C++, and Assembly, while also supporting testing activities and product release cycles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct platform research and implement solutions using C, C++, and Assembly.
• Support unit, component, and system test activities.
• Participate in readiness reviews and product release cycles.
• Utilize skills in research, software engineering, and networking to solve complex technical problems.
• Collaborate with a small, multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 1 - 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in development using C/C++ for x86, PowerPC, MIPS, or ARM.
• Strong background in network programming.
• Familiarity with signal analysis tools such as Wireshark.
• Scripting experience with Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Comfortable developing in the Linux operating system.
• Experience in reverse engineering using Ghidra, IDA Pro, or BinaryNinja.
• Familiarity with working in an Agile environment using the Atlassian suite.
• Familiarity with SVN or GIT version control systems and basic Configuration Management principles.
• Experience with network test equipment such as Spirent/Ixia/Xenapacket testers.
