We are inviting applications for the role of Developer-Web Applications II. In this position, you will be responsible for executing the conversion of client's technical specifications and business problems/requirements into coding and applications to implement and optimize web-based enterprise business solutions. You will design, develop, and code specific portions of web-based and object-oriented solutions employing standard web development tools and frameworks such as Java/J2EE, MS .NET technologies, JSP, XML, and WebServices, as well as database tools like Oracle, SQL Server, and Sybase. Additionally, you will integrate offshore resources in a distributed development effort, add new features and upgrades to existing applications, and communicate effectively with clients and coworkers on application architecture and solution approaches to meet project goals. Documenting processes and application architecture will also be a key part of your responsibilities. This position is headquartered in Richardson, TX, with travel required to unanticipated project sites throughout the U.S. based on client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the conversion of client's technical specifications and business problems/requirements into coding and applications.

  • Employ standard web development tools and frameworks such as Java/J2EE, MS .NET technologies, JSP, XML, and WebServices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all), Computer Science, Mathematics, Sciences, Commerce, or related field.
  • 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's experience in software engineering, programming, or computer systems analyst position.
  • Experience with Java/J2EE, MS .NET technologies, JSP, XML, and WebServices.
  • Proficiency in database tools such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Sybase.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with offshore resource integration.
