About the position

The Developer with Zoho One and Zapier Integration Expertise is responsible for developing and implementing integrations between Zoho One applications and Zapier to enhance workflow efficiency. This remote position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to customize applications, troubleshoot integration issues, and maintain automated workflows, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Zoho One and Zapier integrations to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Customize Zoho One applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and propose effective solutions.
• Design and maintain automated workflows using Zapier to streamline data exchange between different platforms.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure seamless operation.
• Stay updated on Zoho One and Zapier updates and new features to leverage them for improved integration solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Zoho One and Zapier integration best practices.
• Work and analyze datasets in order to develop AI models to meet the incoming project of the company.
• Document integration processes, configurations, and workflows for future reference and training purposes.
• Conduct periodic audits of integrations to ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
• Continuously explore opportunities to optimize and enhance existing Zoho One and Zapier integrations for better performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Zoho One applications, including CRM, Desk, Books, Recruit, Billing, etc.
• In-depth understanding of Zapier and experience in creating complex automated workflows.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and webhooks to facilitate seamless data exchange between Zoho One and external platforms.
• Ability to design and implement custom solutions using Zoho Deluge scripting language.
• Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience in troubleshooting integration issues and debugging code.
• Familiarity with popular AI frameworks and libraries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve integration challenges efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gather integration requirements.
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure data integrity and security in integrations.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Zoho One and Zapier integration technologies.
