About the position

Join our team as a Development Electrical Engineer, where you will lead tasks including engineering analysis, component design, verification testing, and manufacturing implementation. In this role, you will manage projects from inception to completion, driving innovative product features and becoming a Technical Subject-Matter Expert on our VeriSafe product line. Your strong communication skills will foster relationships within the team, across departments, and with customers. A degree in electrical engineering and experience with medium voltage (preferably 4160V) are required. Additionally, you will dedicate about 20% of your time to contributing to industry standards bodies, enhancing our role in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of engineering tasks, drawing on experience and expertise to develop and refine processes.
• Create and analyze technical documentation adhering to corporate policies meticulously.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in Standard Bodies.
• Develop proposals and prepare reports for technical projects.
• Aid the VeriSafe sales team by providing product knowledge expertise to help close sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience
• Ability to travel up to 10%
