The Development Feasibility Manager is a critical role within the organization, primarily focused on assessing and enhancing the feasibility of clinical trials. This position requires a deep understanding of the external local clinical trial environment, which includes evaluating how various factors impact study design and execution. The manager will be responsible for developing a comprehensive repository of Country Landscaping information, known as the Country Site Intelligence Tool, which will support operational delivery by providing insights into site capabilities, performance metrics, regulatory landscapes, and treatment patterns. In addition to data management, the Development Feasibility Manager will engage with both internal and external stakeholders to identify new investigators and maintain relationships with experts in specific therapy areas. This role also involves understanding patient flows and referral pathways to support both global and local operational delivery. Collaboration is key, as the manager will partner with Operational Feasibility Study Managers (OFSMs) and Global Clinical Project Managers (GCPMs) to provide local country landscaping data that informs study design and placement. The position also entails supporting site selection processes within the designated countries, utilizing information gathered through the Clinical Operations Landscape Assessment (COLA) and site evaluation processes. The manager will analyze COLA participation and outcomes to support operating reviews, ensuring predictability and delivery of clinical trials. This role is essential for ensuring that clinical trials are designed and executed effectively, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
