About the position

The Development Freeride Coach (JETS) position at Vail Resorts Management Company is a seasonal role focused on teaching snowsports to guests of all ages. Responsibilities

• Deliver quality ski/snowboard instruction to groups and individuals.
• Provide world-class guest service in a safe and fun environment.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and participants.
• Assist in the organization and management of snowsport activities.

Requirements

• Passion for snowsports and teaching others.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests of all ages.
• Experience in skiing or snowboarding is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience as a ski or snowboard instructor.
• Certification in snowsport instruction or coaching.
