The Leasing and Marketing Coordinator at Ensemble Real Estate Investments plays a crucial role in supporting leasing operations and enhancing marketing efforts for the Philadelphia portfolio. This position involves a blend of marketing, customer service, administration, leasing support, and event coordination, aimed at driving efficiency and organization within the office. Responsibilities

  • Assist the leasing team by drafting and editing leasing proposals, presentations, and related agreements.
  • Maintain leasing files and organize essential records, including proposals, agreements, and ongoing leasing activities.
  • Prepare leasing activity reports and occupancy metrics to help drive decision-making.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and participate in property tours, working with Property Management to arrange necessary support.
  • Respond to inquiries and handle correspondence on behalf of the Vice President, Leasing and Development.
  • Support marketing campaigns by creating and organizing marketing materials, including print collateral and digital content.
  • Plan and coordinate events in the Marketing Center, managing logistics and ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Maintain event and meeting calendars, coordinate executive appointments, and manage schedules.
  • Review and process invoices for leasing and marketing services, verifying accuracy and ensuring timely payment.
  • Provide backup support for the Office and Property Management Coordinator as needed.
