About the position

The Customer Development Representative at UniFirst is a full-time role focused on increasing sales within existing accounts in a dedicated market territory. This position requires leveraging established relationships with customers to drive organic growth and profitability by offering additional products and services. The role emphasizes training, career mobility, and a supportive family culture within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist existing clients by identifying opportunities and leveraging their current partnership with UniFirst by offering additional services, products, and solutions.
  • Work with the Customer Service team to develop strategies to further develop market share.
  • Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed.
  • Achieve 80 activities per week, including 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations, and 1 sale.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Mobile Technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
  • Outside business-to-business sales or route sales experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales is preferred.
