About the position

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects that aim to create opportunities for everyone. Your role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to plan project requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and ensure clear communication across cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for defining learning and development outcomes that require technology and AI investments, and you will work closely with the People Operations and Technology teams to develop and refine strategies for service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Define short and long-term learning and development business outcomes that require technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) investment.
  • Develop PeopleDev development strategy in collaboration with People Operations (POps) and People Analytics teams.
  • Manage ongoing intake and prioritization of development requests, coordinating with the POps Tech team for its impact on technology platforms.
  • Act as primary liaison between PeopleDev and the POps Tech and People Analytics teams on business requirements definition, prioritization, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in an investigative, consultative, or strategic role.
  • Experience with business process analysis and strategy in consulting, Human Resources, and/or technology environments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and initiatives at scale with demonstrable results.
  • Experience with implementation of process automation and using enterprise applications to automate transactional processes.
  • Knowledge of best practices and opportunities for innovation in learning and development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in socializing and presenting analysis, proposals, and strategies to organizational leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with business acumen.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $156,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
