About The Position
The Well Site Leader (WSL) role at BP Americas, Inc. is focused on supporting the planning and execution of well construction, workovers, interventions, and subsea activities. This position is integral to ensuring compliance with BP's Operating Management System (OMS) and local regulations while promoting health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) standards. The role is designed for candidates who will undergo a development program to build the necessary skills and competencies to function effectively as a Well Site Leader after completion of the program, which lasts two to three years.
