About The Position
The Developmental Leader for the Camden Plywood mill at Georgia-Pacific is responsible for leading a plywood production team in a safe and efficient manner within a continuous manufacturing environment. This role focuses on ensuring product quality, coaching team members, and promoting safe work practices while applying problem-solving skills to maximize production. It is a linear progression role that allows for advancement into supervisory positions as opportunities arise.
