About the position

The Verizon Business Group Device as a Service (DaaS) Product Sr. Manager is responsible for setting and driving the roadmap and strategy for a new wireless product and service offering aimed at SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to prioritize features, manage product development from ideation to launch, and oversee post-launch support while ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Set and drive the roadmap and strategy for the DaaS product offering.
  • Communicate with external customers and internal stakeholders to identify feature priorities.
  • Work closely with development, enterprise architects, and supply chain experts to deliver solutions.
  • Analyze trends and adjust the program to influence growth and success.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel teams to establish product placement and needs.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmap.
  • Drive new development initiatives from ideation through launch.
  • Support commercial releases in collaboration with the business unit.
  • Oversee post-launch support of the product portfolio.
  • Resolve escalated support issues on behalf of customers.
  • Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships with various teams.
  • Own the business execution plan for assigned products and solutions.
  • Identify ongoing opportunities for operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Six or more years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience in marketing or deployment for Wireless Communications.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Experience with understanding consumer insights, market trend analysis, and analytics.
  • Deep data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making.
  • Experience in product portfolio management and understanding product P&L.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
