About the position

We are now looking for an intern to analyze, prepare, implement, and verify the configuration and integration of a node, network, and/or system. This role will involve working with cutting-edge wireless technologies, including 5G, 4G, IoT, GPS, and IMS device and application verification and integration. The intern will be part of a highly skilled and motivated professional team, driving continuous technology changes and improvements. The scope of work may include scenarios of introduction, upgrade expansion, functionality, and capacity, with a focus on customer legacy systems. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a top-notch product that spans multiple mobile platforms. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing product configuration and integration work, scripting and coding, and providing network technical support to external customers, such as device and application developers. You will also be expected to identify and drive improvements and automation within the processes you engage in. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to innovative solutions in the telecommunications field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prepare, implement, and verify the configuration and integration of a node, network, and/or system.
• Work on cutting-edge wireless technologies, including 5G, 4G, IoT, GPS, and IMS device and application verification and integration.
• Plan and execute product configuration and integration work.
• Script and code as part of the integration process.
• Provide network technical support to external customers, including device and application developers.
• Identify and drive improvements and automation in processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited University in the USA at the bachelor level or higher in engineering (IT, Telecom) or computer sciences or engineering.
• Good programming knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interest in automation and technology.
• Analytical learning and researching skills.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
• Good team player with the ability to work in a team environment.
