Responsibilities

• Lead an Agile line to optimize value delivered.
• Establish a data-driven culture and a structured agile approach.
• Coach teams to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement techniques.
• Provide visibility for clear priorities and manage dependencies.
• Collaborate with multiple roles to ensure smooth workflow from intake to operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish a disciplined agile approach and improve team happiness.
• Experience in relationship-building and executing key agile processes.
• Knowledge of Guidewire Insurance Now, Java, and API technologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications such as CSM, PMI Agile Scrum, or SAFe Scrum Master.
• Experience demonstrating Lean leadership and progressing DevOps journeys.
