About the position

The position involves participating in the design and development of a cloud-based Machine Learning (ML) platform and services. The role focuses on building a DevOps strategy for managing microservices and connector infrastructure in the AWS cloud, ensuring scalability and efficiency in enterprise-level systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and development of a cloud-based ML Learning platform and services.
• Assist in building out the DevOps strategy for hosting and managing our microservice and connector infrastructure in AWS cloud.
• Maintain a good track record of working with Java and distributed computing platforms in large enterprises.
• Participate in agile development projects for enterprise-level systems component design and implementation.
• Apply deep understanding of enterprise software design for the implementation of data services and middleware.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; Master's preferred.
• Experienced engineer with hands-on and good coding skills, preferably with Java and Python.
• AWS Cloud experience including EMR, S3, EFS, MSK, ECS, etc.
• Knowledge and experience with Kubernetes and EKS.
• Experience with GitOps.
• Experience planning for lift and shift.
• Great attention to detail with an analytical/curious mind.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience with machine learning.
