About the position

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps engineer to automate processes, develop integrated solutions, and enhance our cloud deployment and reporting platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in coding and scripting, particularly with Python and JavaScript, and a strong understanding of serverless architectures, CI/CD, and API development. This role requires collaboration with various teams to streamline workflows and improve developer productivity.

Responsibilities

• Automate delivery processes and maintain CI/CD platforms.
• Orchestrate automated tests to reduce manual effort and improve product quality.
• Identify and resolve issues and inefficiencies in delivery workflows.
• Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to enhance technical solutions.
• Streamline the developer experience to improve productivity, delivery speed, and code quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of development experience using AWS.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Proficient in programming using Python, JavaScript, Shell Scripting, Groovy, or Java.
• Experience in designing and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience in containerization using Docker.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience setting up, maintaining, and automating continuous integration systems.
• Strong working knowledge of containerization with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Experience working on a Platform as a Service (PaaS) team.
