About the position

The DevSecOps Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline within a high-performing development team. This position requires a deep understanding of various DevSecOps tools and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. The engineer will work with a range of technologies including AWS, Jenkins, Docker, and Terraform, ensuring the continuous availability of DevOps tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance developer productivity and system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Development and Support teams
• Manage CI/CD pipeline
• Provide user support for DevSecOps tools
• Maintain COTS products for ECSL
• Develop and maintain multi-stage pipelines
• Implement basic scripting in Windows and Linux

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or higher with 8 years of relevant experience or MA/MS degree with 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a large software development program using Agile methodology
• Over 5 years of experience supporting DevOps/DevSecOps
• 5 years of experience with DevOps pipeline tools including Jenkins, Ansible, Nexus RM/IQ, SonarQube, Docker, Gitlab CI/CD, Maven, AWS tools, and Kubernetes
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps techniques
• In-depth technical expertise in CI/CD, continuous testing, and deployment
• Ability to implement automated methods for system performance and reliability
