About the position

You are a DFW area corporate paralegal looking to grow your experience and take on significant responsibility in a thriving corporate legal department. Latitude is seeking an energetic and dynamic paralegal who will assist with a full spectrum of corporate paralegal work, including contract work, as well as with ongoing and potential litigation. This includes managing litigation deadlines, legal holds, case file management, drafting of routine documents, filing, research and analysis, and trial preparation. Out of town candidates who want to move to the area are also encouraged to apply. This opportunity is in-office, providing a collaborative environment where you can engage directly with attorneys and other legal professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full spectrum of corporate paralegal work
• Deep involvement with contract and litigation needs
• Assist attorneys as necessary, including with trial preparation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Paralegal certificate or advanced legal training preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven law firm setting
