About the position

The RFI Field Manager (FM) is responsible for overseeing market-level client connectivity, managing work orders, coordinating installers, and handling installation program management. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as FMs work autonomously to meet their goals across multiple client locations, often spanning large metropolitan areas and multiple states. The position is full-time and includes various responsibilities assigned by the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage market-level client connectivity and relationships.
  • Oversee work order management and installer coordination.
  • Handle installation program management and related duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.
  • Travel to various client locations as required.
  • Utilize provided technology, including a laptop and cell phone, for work-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience in multi-level customer relations.
  • Ability to recruit and maintain 1099 contractors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and PC skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
