About the position

As a Support Solutions Engineer at NVIDIA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the availability and reliability of NVIDIA AI Enterprise products. This position involves working closely with enterprise customers and internal teams to resolve issues related to software and hardware deployments, ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for driving customer issues from inception to resolution, collaborating with engineering teams, and contributing to the knowledge base with technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of and drive customer issues related to NVIDIA AI Enterprise software and hardware deployments.
  • Improve the customer experience through independent analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Author and incorporate technical solutions into the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to detail, reproduce, resolve issues, and research new use cases with GPUs.
  • Work on an offset schedule to cover Saturday and Sunday, ensuring continuous support.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in system software development, cloud infrastructure, and troubleshooting customer issues.
  • Strong understanding of computer science concepts with excellent knowledge of Python and scripting methodologies.
  • Proven grasp of datacenter, cloud, and Artificial Intelligence technologies for comprehensive solutions.
  • Superb professional-level interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with customers and engineers.
  • Self-starter with a passion for solving problems, intellectual curiosity, positive approach, flexibility, analytical ability, self-motivation, and a team-oriented attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as a developer and/or support team member addressing customer concerns for large enterprise/service provider customers.
  • Experience developing with C and/or Python.
  • Background in developing or debugging AI and data analytics software.
