About the position

The Training and Support Specialist at Omega Solutions Inc. plays a crucial role in developing and delivering training content for Medicaid Direct and Medicaid Managed Care initiatives. This position focuses on creating effective learning resources for adult learners in both in-person and virtual environments, ensuring that training aligns with organizational goals and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-person and online training content, including instructional resources, job aids, templates, and microlearning modules.
• Design and implement curriculums for adult learners, ensuring alignment with organizational initiatives and business unit goals.
• Facilitate live virtual meetings and events, ensuring professional and engaging delivery of training materials.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director of Organizational Development, Training and Support Specialists, and other team members to ensure training resources meet organizational standards.

Requirements

• Curriculum Design & Development for Adult Learners: 3+ years required.
• Content Development Skills: 3+ years required.
• Instructional Design & Technical Knowledge: 5+ years required.
• Adobe Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise): 3+ years required.
• Experience with Adult Learning Principles: 3+ years required.
• Presentation, Communication, and Collaboration Skills: 3+ years required.

Nice-to-haves

• NC Medicaid Program Knowledge: 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in creating training videos and microlearning content.
• Experience with voiceover tools to enhance training resources.
• Interest in learning new software and updating the team on software changes.
