About the position

The position at dhpg involves leading IT audits, particularly focusing on compliance and IT security, while also supporting clients in the implementation of AI solutions. The role requires strategic planning and development of the AI auditing and consulting business area, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and internal guidelines through certification audits. Additionally, the position includes comprehensive IT consulting at the management level and responsibility for digitalization projects.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and independent management of IT audits as part of annual and consolidated financial audits.
• Development and enhancement of the AI auditing and consulting business area to establish innovative solutions and services.
• Management and execution of certification audits in compliance and IT security to ensure adherence to legal requirements and internal policies.
• Comprehensive IT consulting at the management level for evaluating and implementing IT and AI solutions, as well as optimizing existing systems strategically.
• Responsibility for exciting internal and external digitalization projects, from analyzing existing processes to identifying optimization potentials and developing targeted solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in IT auditing, compliance & IT security, or data analysis, along with project management experience.
• Experience in the implementation and auditing of AI systems and consulting on AI solutions is advantageous.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable STEM field.
• Relevant certifications in auditing (CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CIA) are advantageous; support for preparation and attainment of certifications is provided.
• Analytical thinking and a structured working method.
• Good German and English language skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
