About the position

The Business Development position is focused on enhancing the company's marketing strategy and brand positioning through comprehensive analysis and strategic planning. The role involves assessing potential and existing client satisfaction to ensure maximum engagement and retention. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing competitor information to understand the competitive landscape, which is crucial for formulating effective marketing strategies. The position also requires summarizing and analyzing OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) to track progress and align business goals with performance metrics. A key aspect of this role is to conduct standard revenue margin analysis and identify areas for improvement to enhance profitability. In terms of business promotion, the candidate will work on improving project process efficiency in collaboration with various departments such as Business Strategy (BS), Quality Assurance (QA), and Finance (FIN). The role includes standardizing and supervising project management practices in conjunction with the Design Integration Engineering (DI-Eng) team. Coordination of the DI Academy with the DI-Technical team is also a critical responsibility, ensuring that training and development initiatives are effectively implemented. Regular reporting on project status, including weekly, monthly, and inventory reports, is expected to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. The position also encompasses repair and service responsibilities, including managing troubleshooting for DI products and overseeing pre/post product service management. Strategic planning is another vital component, which involves supervising design center resources and coordinating overseas projects to ensure alignment with the company's operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct marketing strategy analysis to enhance brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or excellent bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • More than 5 years of experience in business operations.
  • Technical orientation with strong self-learning ability.
  • Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
  • Good English skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to undertake extensive domestic and overseas business trips.
  • Teamwork skills and knowledge of the ATE related industry is preferred.
