About the position

The Diabetes Program Coordinator at Rocky Boy Health Center is responsible for overseeing the SDPI Community Directed Diabetes Program, focusing on coordinating prevention efforts and enhancing the organization of diabetes care. Additionally, the coordinator manages the IHS Produce Prescription Pilot Program (P4), which aims to improve health outcomes by addressing food insecurity and promoting the consumption of fruits, vegetables, and traditional foods.

Responsibilities
