About the position

The Diabetes Sales Representative role at Syneos Health involves implementing a sales plan to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and clinics within a designated territory. The representative will be responsible for delivering sales presentations, utilizing marketing materials, and achieving sales goals while adhering to industry standards and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to current and prospective customers.
  • Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel within the assigned territory.
  • Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.
  • Participate in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Business to business sales experience or early career with internship experience and/or sales degree is highly preferred.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
