About the position

The Diabetes Sales Representative at Syneos Health is responsible for implementing the sales plan by delivering effective sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers within an assigned territory. This role involves utilizing marketing and selling materials tailored for healthcare professionals, planning activities for consistent territory coverage, and achieving sales goals while adhering to industry and corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Implement the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to current and prospective customers.
• Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel.
• Plan and organize activities for regular and consistent coverage of the territory.
• Participate in training and development programs while adhering to industry and corporate policies.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required.
• Business to business sales experience or early career with internship experience and/or sales degree is highly preferred.
• Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently or within a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
