About the position
Michigan State University's College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a passionate faculty member for its Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology Service. This position can be part-time or full-time and is available at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level. Responsibilities
- Shape the clinical service, teaching, and research mission of the Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology Service.
- Engage in collaborative research projects, although not mandatory.
- Provide clinical services in diagnostic imaging for various species.
- Utilize advanced imaging technology and equipment in clinical practice.
- Participate in the education and training of veterinary students and residents.
Requirements
- DVM/VMD or equivalent degree.
- Successful completion of a radiology/diagnostic imaging residency program.
- Certification or eligibility for certification by the American College of Veterinary Radiology (ACVR) or the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging (ECVDI).
- Eligibility for licensure to practice veterinary medicine in Michigan.
