About the position

The Dialysis Area Manager at Dialyze Direct is responsible for overseeing the operations of dialysis facilities within a designated region. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing high-quality patient care through effective training and support of nursing staff. The manager will work closely with various stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and foster a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and oversee training and orientation for new employees.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the State Educator and Regional Operations Director to enhance patient care quality.
• Oversee nursing care and employee relations within the dialysis facilities.
• Travel to local area sites as needed to support operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, with a minimum of 6 months in hemodialysis.
• Valid state nursing license and BLS certification required.
• Driver's license and ability to travel to local sites.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
