The Center Manager (CM) at Satellite Healthcare plays a crucial role in the operational excellence of a dialysis clinic. Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence in the dialysis center.

• Facilitate collaboration among Satellite employees, MDs, and other representatives.
• Demonstrate a high standard of care and compassion in patient interactions.
• Educate and mentor staff members as appropriate.

Requirements

• One year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Six months of hemodialysis nursing experience preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent, BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
