About the position

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will play a crucial role in leading an outpatient clinic in Clayton County, GA. This position focuses on operational excellence, patient care, and team development, ensuring that both patients and staff thrive in a supportive environment. You will manage the clinic's operations, financial performance, and compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a cross-functional clinical team to deliver optimal patient care.
• Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence and expense forecasting.
• Build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive towards regional goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Registered Nurse license required per the state of GA requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in healthcare, business, or military, or equivalent renal experience.
• Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
