About the position

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver the best care for patients, teammates, and the community.
  • Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, adhering to budget, forecasting expenses, managing vendor relationships, ordering supplies, and monitoring compliance.
  • Run the clinic autonomously while receiving support and guidance from the director, regional peers, and the greater company.
  • Reward team members for demonstrating shared beliefs and behaviors, fostering a positive work culture.
  • Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive towards regional goals and standards.

Requirements

  • Ambitious and operationally-focused leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing healthcare operations, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ability to develop and mentor a clinical team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and staff.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in outpatient clinic management.
  • Familiarity with CMS standards and quality improvement initiatives.
