About the position

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will play a crucial role in leading an outpatient clinic, focusing on patient care and operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with patients and improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver optimal care for patients and support for teammates.
  • Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, and compliance monitoring.
  • Run the clinic autonomously while receiving support from the director and regional peers.
  • Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive towards regional goals.

Requirements

  • Ambitious and operationally-focused leadership skills.
  • Experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and expense forecasting.
