About the position
As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will play a crucial role in leading an outpatient clinic, focusing on patient care and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Build relationships with patients and improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver optimal care for patients and support for teammates.
- Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, and compliance monitoring.
- Run the clinic autonomously while receiving support from the director and regional peers.
- Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive towards regional goals.
Requirements
- Ambitious and operationally-focused leadership skills.
- Experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and expense forecasting.
