About the position

Responsibilities

- Oversee vendor relationships and order supplies to ensure clinic operations run smoothly.
- Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive towards regional goals.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in dialysis or outpatient clinics.
- Strong operational management skills with a focus on financial performance and compliance.
- Ability to develop and mentor a diverse team in a clinical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and staff.
Nice-to-haves
- Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in managing healthcare operations or facilities.
