About the position

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will lead an outpatient clinic, focusing on patient care and operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a cross-functional clinical team to deliver optimal patient care.
  • Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence and vendor relationships.
  • Foster a positive team environment that supports collaboration and growth.
  • Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Registered Nurse license required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in healthcare, business, or military, or equivalent renal experience.
  • Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Experience in a clinical setting or with renal care management.
