About the position

The Dialysis Patient Care Technician (PCT) role involves providing compassionate care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. This part-time, per diem position requires a motivated individual who can work morning shifts and is bilingual in Spanish to effectively communicate with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist patients with their comfort and needs during treatment.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Document patient information accurately in medical records.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Hemodialysis Technician certification (BONENT CHT).
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in Hemodialysis (preferred).
• Proficiency in medical terminology.
