Responsibilities
- Participate in a 16-week paid training program to learn dialysis procedures and patient care.
- Complete onsite clinical introductions and classroom instruction as part of the training.
- Work under the supervision of a preceptor during the clinical training phase.
- Maintain a cumulative average of 78% on exams and pass clinical competencies to successfully complete the training program.
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and flexibility to work rotating shifts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a Phlebotomy Program is preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience in patient care or phlebotomy is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and motivation to learn.
