About The Position
The Senior Manager of Concept Design will work within the Global Design department at Dickies. This role collaborates closely with product development, marketing, and merchandising teams. The primary responsibility is to lead the concept design strategy, developing innovative and trend-setting product concepts that align with the brand's vision. Additionally, this role oversees the brand archive, ensuring brand history and stories are incorporated into concept designs to maintain brand heritage and authenticity. This position reports to the Vice President of Global Product Design.
