About the position
TekTree Inc. is seeking a skilled Die Cutting Operator to join our dynamic team at our printing facility in Concord, CA. This full-time position is essential for ensuring that our die cutting operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating die cutting machinery, specifically the SBL Brauss Diecutter or Bobst 102/104 diecutter, and will be able to perform at a master level, including setup, troubleshooting, and quality control. Experience with foil stamping and embossing is a plus, as it will enhance our production capabilities. As a Die Cutting Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and running die cutting jobs on a flatbed machine. This includes maintaining and troubleshooting the equipment to ensure optimal performance. You will also be required to set up stripping and blanking processes, organize tooling, spot sheets, and soft plates, and accurately record relevant run information while adhering to the production schedule. Following good manufacturing practices is crucial in this role, as is the ability to perform grinding and use hand tools effectively. In addition to operating the machinery, you will assist with assembly processes and conduct preventive maintenance on equipment. Quality control inspections are a vital part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all products meet our high standards before they are delivered to our clients. Responsibilities
- Operate die cutting machinery according to specifications.
- Set up and run die cutting jobs on flatbed machines.

Requirements
- 1 year of experience operating Bobst die cutting machinery.
- 1 year of experience operating SBL Brauss Diecutter.
- 1 year of experience as a Die Cutting Operator.
- Mechanical knowledge related to die cutting processes.
- Ability to commute to Concord, CA 94520.
- Willingness to relocate to Concord, CA 94520 before starting work.
