About the position

The Die Setter position at Aerotek involves working in a highly automated manufacturing facility that produces steel wheels for the automotive industry. This permanent, on-site role requires individuals to operate and set up large metal stamping presses and paint lines in a heavy industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust dies in stamping presses for production runs.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on dies and stamping equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with die setups and production.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in die setting or a related field in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of metal stamping processes and equipment.
• Ability to work in a hot and dirty industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
