This role involves providing roadside assistance, performing preventative maintenance, and gaining hands-on experience in various diagnostic and repair tasks related to diesel engines and systems. The apprenticeship program offers comprehensive training, making it suitable for those without prior professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with roadside services
- Learn preventative maintenance services
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures
- Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation.
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined with no professional experience required
- Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds
- Ability to work in various temperatures
