About the position

The Local Class A CDL Truck Driver position at Penske Logistics involves delivering medical supplies to hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage, with the added benefit of being home daily. The driver will operate late model trucks designed for comfort and will be responsible for an average of 35 stops per week, working Monday through Friday from 1am to 10am.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical supplies to hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers.
• Complete an average of 35 stops per week.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Follow all federal and state laws and regulations regarding transportation.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations.

Requirements

• CDL Class A required.
• Ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Ability to work the required schedule and location.
• Pass a background investigation and drug screening.
