About the position

As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee at Penske, you will be responsible for managing business operations and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. This role involves utilizing your degree to develop solutions for customers, manage inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction while receiving ongoing training and mentorship to advance your management career.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Manage a large inventory of world-class vehicles, balancing productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and good time management skills.
• A valid driver's license is required, with the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles.
