ConGlobal is seeking an experienced Diesel Truck Mechanic for our location in Atlanta, GA. As a Diesel Technician/Mechanic, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing our fleet of Semi Tractor/Trailers at the Railyard. This role is critical to ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our vehicles, which are essential for our multimodal transportation services. You will work in a dynamic environment where your skills will directly impact our service delivery and customer satisfaction. In this position, you will identify problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems and execute effective solutions. You will read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics, troubleshoot and repair diesel engines from various manufacturers such as Cat, Cummins, and Detroit. Additionally, you will perform maintenance and mechanical repairs on Hostlers and Forklifts, ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition. Maintaining routine maintenance schedules on all Tractor Semi/Trailers will also be a key part of your responsibilities, contributing to the longevity and reliability of our fleet.
